Released WWE Star Reveals New Ring Name
A recently released WWE talent has wasted no time in revealing their new ring name.
The wrestling world was left reeling when it emerged that R-Truth was told by WWE his contract was not being renewed, all but bringing the popular star’s 17-year run to an end. That was followed by The Judgment Day’s Carlito also revealed he was on the chopping block in WWE as his own deal was being allowed to expire.
But WWE’s cuts started at the beginning of May. From the main roster, Katana Chance, Kayden Carter, Shayna Baszler, Dakota Kai, and Braun Strowman were all let go. While Cora Jade, Riley Osborne, Eddy Thorpe, Gigi Dolin, Jakara Jackson, Joe Coffey, Mark Coffey, Wolfgang, Oro Mensah, Dani Palmer, and Javier Bernal were all cut from NXT.
Now, one of those stars let go has revealed their new wrestling name as they hit free agent status.
Ex-WWE Star Takes On New Name
Taking to social media, Javier Bernal has released a new vignette where he uses the name Javi. Javi sent a message giving some insight into his new character as he urged promoters to book him for shows:
