Released WWE Star Makes Shock TNA Debut
A former WWE star who has been heavily linked to AEW has swerved Tony Khan’s company to make their debut in TNA.
The Hurt Syndicate are on the rise in AEW with Bobby Lashley and Shelton Benjamin dominating the tag team scene as the reigning AEW World Tag Team Champions. Led by MVP, The Hurt Syndicate recently finally accepted MJF into the group, but it remains to be seen if the former AEW World Champion has discovered what loyalty means, given his track record.
One man very wary about MJFās intentions is Cedric Alexander, who was previously part of the group when it was known as The Hurt Business in WWE. Alexander was let go by WWE and has admitted he regrets signing his last contract with the company, as he could have joined his former partners in AEW by now.
But now it looks like any reunion is off the table for now.
Cedric Alexander Appears In TNA After WWE Exit
At the most recent set of TNA TV tapings, Mustafa Ali was about to take out his former associate John Skyler with a steel chair. Cedric Alexander’s music hit as the former WWE star made his debut in the company, but rather than attack Ali, he seemingly tried to reason with him. Ali left as the rest of the Order Four group stood in the ring with Alexander.

Due to WWE’s current partnership with TNA, it seems extremely remote that Alexander could appear in AEW anytime soon.
