Recent WWE Signing Drops Debut Tease

A new WWE signing has urged patience.

At NXT No Mercy, Giulia finally made her WWE debut a little over four months after signing with the company. The former Stardom star had initially remained in Japan to compete for the newly-formed Marigold promotion but her commitments recently came to an end.

On the show, Giulia confronted Roxanne Perez in the minutes after the NXT Women’s Champion saw off the challenge of Jaida Parker. The star stared down Perez before the champion defiantly raised the title belt above her head.

The win marked Perez’s seventh defence of the title she won for a second time back at Stand & Deliver. Interestingly, Giulia was in the crowd for the event as she inched closer to signing her contract.

Stephanie Vaquer Comments On WWE Debut

Aside from Giulia, WWE announced in July that the company had signed CMLL star Stephanie Vaquer. The star immediately pulled out of her upcoming independent dates, and wrestled Isla Dawn at two live events in Mexico, however, since then, she has disappeared.

In response to fan speculation about her future, Vaquer took to social media to urge patience writing:

“Good things take time to come for those who know how to wait.”

It was reported after her signing that WWE tied Stephanie Vaquer down to a “tremendous” contract to ward off interest from AEW.
