Brock Lesnar has been on hiatus for close to two years now.

His last WWE appearance was during SummerSlam in August 2023, where he lost to Cody Rhodes.

The Beast Incarnate was speculated to return at the 2024 Royal Rumble, but those plans never came to fruition.

This was possibly due to his involvement in Vince McMahon’s lawsuit, which referenced an unnamed wrestler, heavily implying that it was Lesnar.

Lesnar’s name was officially mentioned in the amended lawsuit in early 2025.

Since his return to the company in 2012, Brock Lesnar has worked primarily as a part-timer and is utilized to draw large audiences at high-profile events like WrestleMania.

Of late, a Lesnar has been making waves in the media, but it’s not Brock.

It’s his daughter, Mya. Mya is an American track and field athlete, renowned for her recent feats in women’s shot put. Her most recent accomplishment was winning the 2025 NCAA Outdoor Championships.

The father-daughter pair shared a rare photo together after her win.

WWE Doors Not Completely Closed On Brock Lesnar

Despite being named in the Janel Grant lawsuit, WWE has not taken off Brock Lesnar from its list of talent.

The Stamford-based company, however, has limited Lesnar’s virtual presence through its games, merchandise, promotional videos, and other content.

A couple of times, the former WWE Champion has been mentioned in passing by stars like Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins.

Paul Heyman, too, referenced him during his 2024 Hall of Fame speech.

WWE COO Triple H had mentioned during the WrestleMania 40 post-show that Lesnar was “not gone from WWE.”
