Raquel Rodriguez Wants To Form Tag Team With Hollywood Star

Raquel Rodriguez is looking to Hollywood.

During the Money In The Bank post-show press conference, Triple H was asked about the prospect of Cardi B stepping into a WWE ring. The Hip Hop megastar is already scheduled to host the first-ever two-night SummerSlam later in 2025.

Cardi B’s upcoming appearance comes as WWE continues to embrace celebrity culture like never before, with the likes of Bad Bunny, Logan Paul, Travis Scott, and more all taking major roles at one time or another. That’s aside from the celebrity cameos that have become the norm during Monday Night Raw’s Netflix era.

Raquel Rodriguez Would Love To Team With Fast And Furious Star

During a new appearance on You Know I’m Right, Raquel Rodriguez was asked which celebrity she’d like to team with in the ring. The star quickly named Michelle Rodriguez, who plays Letty in the Fast And The Furious franchise, while pitching for Vin Diesel to be their manager.

“I would love to tag team with Michelle Rodriguez from Fast and the Furious. I think she’s so cool. We could be like cousins, you know, and like, that would be really, really close. I would love to tag. Let’s add Vin Diesel in there just for fun. He’s the manager, right? Why not? Why not? I love that. That would be really, really cool. I definitely say her.”

Continuing on, Rodriguez named several stars of Love on the Spectrum who could also star in the wild world of pro wrestling.

“Just from recently, from being at like Tudum and meeting all these people, I think it would be really cool to work with anyone from Love on the Spectrum in the ring. Like anyone of those characters. They weren’t characters. They’re themselves, obviously. James, Connor. I mean, these guys are awesome. Connor, I feel like, would be a great wrestler. That man could really have some good mic skills.”

Since signing with WWE, Raquel Rodriguez has become something of a tag team specialist as she enjoys her fifth run with the Women’s Championship, this time alongside Liv Morgan. Rodriguez also won the NXT Women’s Tag Team Championship twice with Dakota Kai.
