Randy Orton Issues Serious Warning To Cody Rhodes After WWE SmackDown Return

Former WWE Champion Randy Orton made his long-awaited comeback to the promotion tonight as he kicked off the new year in style. He interrupted The Miz’s promo as the A-Lister went on a rant.

Orton treated the fans to not one, but two RKO’s upon his return, before giving the fans something else to cheer about. The Viper hadn’t been seen in the promotion over the last few months.

His last televised appearance for WWE came in October, when he teamed with Cody Rhodes to take on the Vision. He had an interaction with his former protege upon his return.

Randy Orton eyes the Undisputed WWE Championship

Upon his return to SmackDown, Randy Orton has made his goal clear to Cody Rhodes. He interacted with the Undisputed Champion in a backstage segment where he said that he’s coming for his title.

He wished Cody luck in his upcoming match against Drew McIntyre and stated that he wants Cody to beat the Scottish Warrior, so that he can challenge the American Nightmare for the title.
