Potential Spoilers On What TNA Wrestlers Will “Invade” WWE NXT

Some big TNA names could appear on WWE NXT television again this week.

The ending of WWE NXT on September 23rd saw former NXT Champion Oba Femi face off against TNA World Champion Trick Williams in a Winner Take All match. The match ended as a disqualification when Trick slapped TNA’s Mike Santana, so Santana went after Trick in the ring.

After Santana attacked Trick in the ring, several other TNA wrestlers flooded the ring. It led to a wild brawl between NXT and TNA wrestlers.

During the WWE NXT No Mercy PLE on Saturday in Fort Lauderdale, NXT GM Ava was seated in her office talking about the TNA wrestlers invading NXT. Ava said she talked to TNA’s Director of Authority, Santino Marella, about the situation.

Ava announced that on October 7th, they will have an NXT-TNA Invasion show with two Survivor Series-style matches (one for men and women). Teams will be announced this Tuesday, September 30th, on NXT.

They will also have NXT Tag Team Champions Darkstate facing TNA Tag Team Champions The Hardy Boyz in a Title for Title match at NXT-TNA Invasion.

Big Name TNA Wrestlers Expected To Appear On WWE NXT This Week

It has been reported by PWInsider Elite that at least four top male wrestlers from TNA will likely be on NXT TV for this week’s September 30th episode.

The four names mentioned are TNA International Champion Frankie Kazarian, Mustafa Ali, Moose, and Mike Santana. Ali worked for WWE for many years, while Kazarian was under contract with WWE about 20 years ago. Moose and Santana have wrestled on WWE programming in recent months.

While not confirmed, it’s possible that Kazarian, Ali, Moose and Santana will be on TNA’s team in the Survivor Series-style match on October 7th.

The October 7th episode of NXT will be going head-to-head against a special AEW Dynamite called “Title Tuesday,” so it’s a case of WWE wanting to load up to go against AEW on a different night.
