Popular WWE Superstar Returns To Action
WWE Superstar Sheamus has made his long-awaited return to the squared circle.
‘The Celtic Warrior’ has been absent from WWE for the past seven weeks, with his last appearance coming during the 2025 Royal Rumble match.
The 47 year-old veteran lasted over 15 minutes after entering in the number 9 spot at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, Indiana before being eliminated by former rival Roman Reigns.
Prior to his absence, Sheamus had been hunting the one title to elude him during his decorated 19-year stint in WWE, the Intercontinental Championship. One recent bout saw the 6ft 3 inch star unsuccessfully challenge Bron Breakker for the coveted strap at Saturday Night’s Main Event on 25th January.
The Dublin, Ireland born star immediately renewed his pursuit of Intercontinental gold when returning to the ring at a WWE Live Event in Belfast, Northern Ireland on 22nd March.
It proved to be an unsuccessful return for Sheamus, however, with Bron Breakker retaining his title by pinfall on the night.
