Popular WWE Show Not Coming Back

Triple H thinking WWE

It seems there’s bad news for fans of one popular WWE show as after originally going on hiatus, it seems it’s not returning after all.

In 2019, The Bump debuted on WWE’s YouTube channel where all the happenings in the company were discussed by the likes of Matt Camp and Kayla Braxton alongside a host of guest WWE stars. AEW broadcast savant RJ City even appeared on the show before he made Sunday mornings his own in Tony Khan’s company.

In February 2024, Matt Camp was released by WWE to the shock of many after Kayla Braxton had swapped roles with Megan Morant. Matt Camp has been candid about his feelings towards Morant and claimed she didn’t want to listen to his advice.

WWE’s The Bump “Dead & Buried”

In May 2024, a report suggested The Bump was going on a five-week hiatus while WWE moved headquarters but those five weeks have been and gone and there has been no sign of the show returning.

Mike Johnson of PWInsider was asked if The Bump was ever going to return and for fans of the show it’s not good news as he responded:

It’s dead and buried under WWE HQ right next to Byte This. You never say never, but one this one, it’s 99.9% gone forever.

It is a time of great upheaval for WWE’s main shows with SmackDown already making the switch from FOX to the USA Network in recent weeks while NXT will debut on the CW Network on October 1st. Monday Night Raw will head to Netflix in early 2025 as part of a multi-billion dollar deal.
