A WWE Monday Night Raw is reportedly approaching the end of their contract.

When Karrion Kross signed with WWE in early 2020, hopes were high. The former TNA star quickly joined up with Scarlett and won the NXT Championship, only to have to lose the gold days later through injury.

However, once he was healthy, Kross won the gold back and debuted on Raw in July 2021, only to be released four months later after a disastrous creative revamp.

Despite his exit, Kross and Scarlett returned to WWE in August 2022, this time under the guidance of Triple H. The pair later became part of The Final Testament, but in 2025 they’re the only two members left standing after Authors of Pain and Paul Ellering were released.

Although he’s yet to wrestle on TV in 2025, Kross is more popular than ever thanks to his work on social media and in a series of backstage segments.

Could Karrion Kross Leave WWE?

According to a new report from Fightful Select, Kross is in the final year of his contract. It’s believed this deal expires sometime during the summer, but Fightful has been unable to confirm the specifics. There’s no word on whether he’s negotiating a new contract.

Those backstage have been ecstatic with Kross’ ability to get himself over on social media and in segments on Raw in recent months.

There was no mention of Kross’ wife and on-screen partner Scarlett and her contract status.

Meanwhile, it’s been announced that Karrion Kross will return to Josh Barnett’s Bloodsport on April 17, although there’s no word on who he’ll be facing. Fellow WWE stars Natalya, Pete Dunne, Charlie Dempsey, and Karmen Petrovic are also scheduled to be in action.
