Popular AEW Star Leaves Taping On Crutches
AEW star Juice Robinson could be set for a spell on the sideline after being spotted leaving a TV taping on crutches.
The popular 35 year-old star was recently announced as a participant in the AEW Continental Classic and competed against Will Ospreay in the Gold League side of the tournament on the 30th November edition of AEW Collision (which was taped on 27th November).
Whilst Ospreay emerged victorious from a bout, it may prove even more costly for Robinson who could well have picked up a serious injury during the match.
Fightful recently reported that Robinson had left the TV tapings on crutches with a prognosis for the injury as yet unknown. A long-term injury issue would be an unfortunate turn of events for the Illinois-born star who only returned to AEW in June following a seven month absence after undergoing back surgery.
AEW Legend Impressed By Mercedes Mone
Legendary wrestling announcer Jim Ross has shared his praise for AEW TBS Champion, Mercedes Mone.
The former Sasha Banks has tasted victory in all eleven of her AEW bouts since debuting in May 2024 including a recent victory over Kris Statlander at AEW Full Gear.
The bout was awarded 4.5 stars by prominent wrestling journalist Dave Meltzer and was also met with praise by WWE Hall Of Famer, Jim Ross. The 72 year-old also had high praise for the bout, which he named as Mone’s best in AEW so far.
