WWE Discussing Becky Lynch Comeback

WWE is still looking to bring back Becky Lynch.

Becky Lynch hasn’t appeared on WWE television since losing to Liv Morgan on May 27, 2024. Just days later, her contract expired, and she headed home to spend some quality time with her young daughter while turning her hand to a few non-wrestling projects.

Although The Man has yet to return, despite near-constant speculation, it was reported in January that Becky Lynch has agreed to a new WWE contract. Off the back of this news, many fans imagined that Lynch would be back in the fold for WrestleMania, but that hasn’t been the case.

Pitches Made For Becky Lynch

According to a new report from Fightful Select, “ideas continue to be pitched” for Lynch’s return. However, there was no information offered on what these pitches might be or when they would see the former Women’s Champion back in action.

The news comes after Seth Rollins insisted that Becky Lynch isn’t retired, despite her lengthy absence. He explained that she’s been working on some “TV projects,” but is gearing up to get ready to get back in the ring.

Rollins added that while he didn’t know when his wife would make her comeback, he assured fans that it’s coming, as she definitely isn’t retired. In closing, he stated that there are “future plans for her in professional wrestling.”
