People In WWE Pushing For Overlooked Star To Get More Chances
One overlooked WWE star has made waves in the company as it seems there are now people backstage pushing for them to be given more opportunities.
On SmackDown in Milwaukee, B-Fab competed in only her second televised WWE match in 2024 and just her sixth overall. Since joining the company in 2019 and returning in 2021, the 33-year-old star has only taken part in 23 matches with only five of them taking place on TV.
B-Fab was part of the tournament to crown the inaugural WWE Women’s United States Champion as she battled Bayley and Candice LeRae in a triple threat match won by Bayley. The Role Model will now move on to the semi-finals for the chance to win the new championship at Saturday Night’s Main Event.
But B-Fab was the name on people’s lips backstage.
B-Fab Earning Plenty Of Praise In WWE
Fightful Select reported that many people in WWE were thrilled that B-Fab got a chance to show what she could do in the ring. Many staff and other talent were watching the match from the Gorilla position with B-Fab earning a reputation for working hard to improve her skills. It was also noted there are many people in the company that have been pushing for her to get more of these opportunities.
The on-screen opportunity is said to have come about due to her performance on the recent European tour where B-Fab teamed with Michin in a series of matches against Chelsea Green and Piper Niven.
One WWE producer gave great credit to the star noting the ups and downs she’s had during her time in WWE:
Her initiative goes a long way. She’s been called up, released, brought back, put with a different group. She’s going above and beyond to make herself as available, useful and versatile as she can and always has a good attitude.
B-Fab was released from WWE before the rest of Hit Row was also let go in 2021. The group returned without Swerve Strickland in 2022 but it soon disintegrated again with B-Fab joining Bobby Lashley and The Street Profits in early 2024.
