Penta Wants To Work With NFL Megastar In WWE

Penta WWE

Penta would like to work alongside NFL star George Kittle in WWE.

NFL stars have often appeared in WWE over the years with the likes of Lawrence Taylor and Rob Gronkowsi making their presence felt in prominent roles whilst WrestleMania 40 featured a cameo appearance from Philadelphia Eagles duo Jason Kelce and Lane Johnson.

San Francisco 49’ers tight end George Kittle is a lifelong wrestling fan and made an appearance of his own at WrestleMania 39, helping Pat McAfee to victory over The Miz in an impromptu bout.

The 31 year-old gridiron star could soon be on his way back to WWE thanks to an unlikely friendship with recently debuted star Penta.

During a recent interview with Chris Van Vliet, Penta revealed that he and Kittle were close pals and noted that he was keen to work together in WWE in the future:

“He is my best friend now, I love him. He loves me, I think.

I met him in New Orleans years ago at WrestleCon. I had like five matches and he came to my locker room after the match. ‘Hey Penta, I’m a player in the NFL.’ I’ve never seen NFL. I had never seen NFL. He gave me a jersey, I traded with the mask. After that, he became my friend. He texts me.

When the NFL went to Mexico, he brought me with him. I hope he can be with me in WWE.”

Penta Sets Sights On WWE Champion

Penta would like to top off a fine start to his WWE career by capturing the Intercontinental Championship.

The 39 year-old Mexican sensation has made a huge impression since making his debut on the 13th January edition of Raw, including a fine showing in the 2025 Royal Rumble match.

The former AEW star crossed paths with a number of top Superstars during his 42 minute stay in the Rumble, including the man he wants to unseat for the Intercontinental title, Bron Breakker.
