Penta Makes Exciting WWE Promise
Penta knows what the fans want.
Since debuting with WWE back in January, Penta has established himself as a regular presence on Raw, challenging for the Intercontinental Championship and competing in the King of the Ring tournament.
In recent weeks, the star has found himself battling with The New Day, hinting that he could move into the tag team ranks. Perhaps even with his famous brother Rey Fenix, who’s currently on SmackDown.
In June, Fenix began teaming with Andrade, and the pair picked up a series of wins before challenging for the WWE Tag Team Championship at SummerSlam. However, Fenix is now back on his own after Andrade shockingly left the company on September 13.
Andrade had also headed to WWE after a run with AEW, albeit having spent time with the sports entertainment giant previously. It’s believed disciplinary issues were behind the decision to let the former NXT Champion leave the company for a second time.
Penta Promises Big Reunion
During an appearance on the Inside The Kliq podcast, Penta looked back on his WWE career to date and promised that there’s more to come. And more specifically, a reunion with his brother Rey Fenix.
“I know one day, when the Lucha Brothers return, the world will explode. When? I don’t know. How? I don’t know, but I’m sure of it, I feel it in my heart.
Imagine this, the best tag-team in the universe returns in the best company in the universe.”
Penta was most recently in action on the September 22 edition of Raw, where he teamed with The War Raiders to beat Grayson Waller and The New Day.
