Paul Heyman Responds To Roman Reigns’ WWE SummerSlam Challenge
The former Wise Man of Roman Reigns, Paul Heyman, has responded to The Tribal Chief’s WWE SummerSlam challenge.
In the main event of WWE Monday Night Raw on July 21st, Roman Reigns was in the ring with his former Wise Man, Paul Heyman, who was supported by his allies Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed.
According to Reigns, Heyman wasn’t a Wise Man anymore because he’s just a dumbass now. Reigns said that Heyman wasn’t the one who created “The Tribal Chief.” Reigns added that he’s “The Tribal Chief” because the fans still acknowledge him.
After Reigns finished his speech, going after his former friend Heyman, Bron Breakker spoke up and told Reigns that he’s the new Big Dog around here. Things got physical with Reigns getting into a fight with Breakker and Reed, but Jey Uso made the save for his cousin Reigns.
This led to Roman Reigns issuing a challenge for SummerSlam with Jey Uso as his partner, which Jey has accepted.
The match is now official for SummerSlam with WWE announcing that Roman Reigns and Jey Uso will team up against Bronson Reed and Bron Breakker at SummerSlam on August 2nd or 3rd.
Paul Heyman Tells Roman Reigns That “It’s Biblical, Bi**hes”
In a video posted on X, Paul Heyman confirmed the match was on and he had a message for his former allies, Roman and Jey.
“My thoughts? Well, Roman Reigns has picked his poison. Now Roman Reigns can pick the date. Saturday or Sunday, it doesn’t matter to us. Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed accept the challenge of Roman Reigns and Jey Uso for SummerSlam. Welcome to my island of relevancy. And right over the bridge in New Jersey? We’ll leave them both buried next to Jimmy Hoffa. [So is this official?] Is it official? Ladies and gentlemen, my name is Paul Hammond. If I say it, it’s biblical, b***hes.”
The trio of Breakker, Reed and Heyman are part of a stable with former WWE World Champion Seth Rollins, who is currently out with a knee injury, but there have been some reports questioning how serious the injury actually is.
As per the exclusive report on @TMZ this morning, it’s not only official, it’s biblicial!@WWE#SummerSlam, August 2nd & 3rd at @MetLifeStadium
