Patrick Mahomes Shows Off WWE Title After Super Bowl Win (VIDEO)
Patrick Mahomes had reason to celebrate as he led the Kansas City Chiefs to a dramatic Super Bowl win and did so draped in WWE gold.
Super Bowl LVII took place on Sunday night in the State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona – the home of WrestleMania 26 – between the Philadelphia Eagles and the Kansas City Chiefs. In a dramatic game, the Chiefs picked up their second Super Bowl victory in four years with a field goal with eight seconds left on the clock.
Chiefs’ quarterback Patrick Mahomes was named as the Super Bowl MVP as he threw three touchdown passes to drag his side to victory.
In a video shared on social media, Patrick Mahomes is seen unwrapping the custom Kansas City Chiefs WWE Championship belt in the locker room and showing it off to his teammates.

That was not the only wrestling involvement with the Super Bowl with the likes of The Undertaker, John Cena, Batista, and The Miz all appearing in commercials during the NFL’s showpiece game.
WWE presenting winning teams of the Super Bowl with their own championship belt has become a tradition in recent years, with many fans wondering if the same courtesy would have been extended to the Jacksonville Jaguars – owned by the Khan family – if they had ended up taking home the Vince Lombardi trophy.
