Otis Bares All At WWE Survivor Series
Otis provided fans with an unexpected surprise at Survivor Series.
Following a hard fought bout that saw the returning Shinsuke Nakamura defeat LA Knight for the WWE United States Championship, a vignette played that opened with Alpha Academy members Akira Tozawa and Maxxine Dupri attempting to encourage a reluctant Otis out of a changing room.
Dupri insisted she had just the thing to boost the confidence of the former Money In The Bank winner, ultimately revealing that WWE had partnered with a new sponsor, True Classic Tees.
After receiving a shirt, a jubilant Otis emerged proudly from the door and strutted down the hallway before the hilarious reveal that the popular Superstar was not wearing any pants.
Otis’ Former Partner Announces Retirement
Otis originally came to prominence in NXT in 2016 alongside Tucker Knight in a tag team known as Heavy Machinery.
The pair proved popular enough to earn a main roster call up in January 2019 but were unable to replicate their success in WWE’s yellow brand and were separated by the WWE Draft in October 2020 with Knight drafted to Raw and Otis assigned to SmackDown.
Despite capturing the ill-fated WWE 24/7 Championship in November 2020, Knight was rarely used on television and was ultimately released by the company on 15th April 2021.
Little was heard from Tucker Knight until October 2024, when he revealed that he had retired from the ring to focus on a career as a high school wrestling coach.
