NXT’s Dani Palmer Angers Many With Hurricane Conspiracy
WWE NXT’s Dani Palmer has caused an online storm after they made public their hugely controversial take on the hurricanes battering the United States.
Several areas of the United States were battered by Hurricane Helene in late September. The hurricane was the deadliest mainland storm since Hurricane Katrina in 2005 which killed more than 1,800 people.
Although the storm’s impact was felt in areas of Florida, Virginia, Georgia, and South Carolina, it was North Carolina that was hardest hit with the city of Asheville bearing the brunt of the devastation.
Florida is in the crosshairs of Hurricane Milton which is being predicted to cause even more damage as it bares down on Tampa Bay.
AEW boss Tony Khan has helped the hurricane relief effort while TNA has pledged money from rescheduled shows to assist as well.
However, WWE NXT talent Dani Palmer decided to indulge in right-wing conspiracy theories on social media regarding the natural disasters. Palmer posted an image – that has since been deleted – that suggested the hurricanes might not be all as they seem causing outrage online.
Dani Palmer’s 2024 Marred By Injury In NXT
After a spell on the sidelines, Dani Palmer returned to action at the NXT Level Up tapings held on August 13th where she faced Jazmyn Nyx in a singles bout.
Dani Palmer had been missing since she was part of a battle royal on a WWE NXT live event in January 2024. Following that Palmer was forced to undergo double hip surgery that saw her miss months from the ring.
