NXT Star Returns To WWE As Coach
Santana Garrett is back in WWE.
Former NXT star, Santana Garrett posted to her Facebook page to announce her apparent return to WWE, where she’ll be a coach at the company’s Performance Center in Orlando, Florida.
“This is NOT a throwback…,” Garrett captioned her FB and Twitter posts while donning a new look alongside a WWE shirt.

Garrett signed with WWE in 2019, where she was slated to be a coach at the company’s Performance Center. However she became a member of the active NXT roster until 2020 before making a singular appearance on WWE Monday Night RAW where she lost to Bianca Belair on the April 20, 2020 episode WWE’s flagship show. Garrett was then released from the company in June 2021.
Following her WWE release, Garrett returned to the independent circuit and would make multiple appearances on AEW Dark and AEW Rampage before ultimately returning to the independent scene and last competed in SHINE, this past June.
