One NXT star is delighted to see the brand move home in 2024.

On November 7th it was announced that NXT will be leaving the USA Network in October 2024. The new five-year agreement will see WWE’s third brand move to the CW Network in a deal said to be worth well over $30 million.

The move potentially takes NXT into more homes, giving the brand a bigger chance to grow.

This factor isn’t lost on Lash Legend who explained her excitement at the move during an appearance on the Black Rasslin’ Podcast.

“My first words were like, ‘Oh snap! Okay! That’s what’s up. That’s awesome.’ I don’t want to speak for everybody, but I know a lot of my co-workers are all really excited about it. I haven’t heard anything negative about it. We’re all looking forward to it,

I want it. We would love to have that bigger stage. We’re all trying to make it to the main roster anyway, I hope that’s the goal. That’s the bigger stage, so why not want to go to CW?”

Becky Lynch Boosted NXT Women’s Division

During the same interview, Lash Legend also heaped praise on Becky Lynch. The Irish star recently enjoyed a popular run with the NXT Women’s Title before losing out to Lyra Valkyria.

Legend said Lynch’s presence on the brand was a great learning opportunity, hailing her as a “wonderful person.”
