Nikki Bella Addresses Embarrassing Botch On WWE RAW
Nikki Bella returned to WWE for the first time since February.
The former Divas Champion last appeared on WWE programming during the 2025 Women’s Royal Rumble as the #30 entrant.
Bella was invited to RAW to promote the upcoming all-women’s PLE Evolution 2 scheduled for July 13.
Bella, along with her sister Brie, has been credited for paving the way for the current women’s division.
While praising the present-day talent, she mentioned several female wrestlers on the roster, including Stephanie Vaquer, but she botched her last name.

She was immediately confronted by one-half of the women’s tag team champions, Liv Morgan, who, after trading personal jabs, laid Bella out with Oblivion.
On the other hand, Stephanie Vaquer was absent from the show, owing to her having wrestled in three matches in the last 24 hours.
Nikki Bella Recalls Botching Stephanie Vaquer’s Last Name
Morgan’s attack on Nikki Bella may have opened doors for the two to have a singles match at Evolution 2 or for her to pair up with Brie Bella to challenge Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez for the women’s tag team titles.
Meanwhile, Bella also acknowledged her botching Vaquer’s last name on RAW during The Nikki & Brie Show.
Even though it’s only a few people that have said stuff, I can’t tell you how many times I went over Stephanie Vaquer’s, I feel like I’m still saying it wrong, her last name. I even was asking her, but she says it, of course, in a beautiful Latina accent.
When I would repeat it after her, like, I was saying it amazing. But then you get in your head, and then I’m like, ‘Wait, I can’t let myself be hooked on just one last name or then I’m gonna mess everything up.’ I wanted to say it with some spice, so…I gotta work on that. [From 7:11]
Nikki Bella has confirmed that she will be in Green Bay for the June 16 episode of RAW.
