Nikki Bella Gets Candid About Dating Life After Divorce

Nikki Bella opens up about her dating life after divorce.

The WWE Hall of Famer finalized her split from Artem Chigvintsev earlier this year. The divorce followed a stretch of public conflict, including Chigvintsev’s arrest on suspicion of domestic violence, which led to Bella filing for separation in September 2024. The charges were later dropped due to insufficient evidence, but the couple went ahead with the divorce.

Nikki Bella will pay her ex-husband a $200,000 lump sum and $3,500 per month in child support. The two will share joint custody of their son, Matteo, and both have been ordered to attend co-parenting classes. Now, Nikki is focused on her son and her career, and doesn’t seem too concerned with getting back out there.

Nikki Bella Says She’s Too Focused on Her Son and Career to Bother With Dating

On the latest episode of The Nikki & Brie Show, with Charlotte Flair as the special guest, Nikki Bella shared how her perspective has shifted. She got real about life after divorce and why dating just isn’t worth the energy right now.

I just realized that now we’re in a different place where I have a son, so like at his age right now, I get so much love that I realized this is all the love I need and want right now.” she said.

So after having like a few dates, and you know wasn’t crazy about that. I was like that, I’m not even gonna waste time and energy, like I’m just too tired, like I have to Teo, and then I do career, Teo, and career, so that’s where I’m at. She [points at Brie Bella] keeps pushing me more.

Charlotte Flair, who was part of the conversation, is also navigating life after divorce. Flair quietly split from her husband, Andrade, last year. Both women seem focused on themselves, their work, and what truly matters most right now.
