Nigel McGuinness Teases More AEW Matches

Nigel McGuinness AEW

Nigel McGuinness has reflected on his return to the ring at AEW All In and says his gas tank is still at full.

The Casino Gauntlet match is one open to surprises and that came to pass at All In as ex-WWE star Ricochet made his AEW debut in the bout. However, before that, if Wembley Stadium had a roof it would have been off and floating down old Mother Thames when Nigel McGuinness made his return to the ring for the first time in 13 years.

McGuinness was the third entrant in the match following Orange Cassidy and Kazuchika Okada and impressed everyone as he took several stars to the Tower of London. Ultimately, it was not to be Nigel McGuinness’ night as Christian Cage won the match and with it a guaranteed shot at the AEW World Championship anytime, any place.

Nigel McGuinness Ready To Take AEW Opportunity

Appearing on the All Out pre-show, Nigel McGuinness joined RJ City, Renee Paquette, and Jeff Jarrett and was asked by City how much gas was left in his tank for another match:

It’s still at full if I’m perfectly honest. I shot my shot and I didn’t get my opportunity, but if another opportunity presents itself, I might take it.

McGuinness spent his portion of the evening on commentary at All Out continuing to take shots at the current AEW World Champion Bryan Danielson and a match between the two old rivals is still not out of the realm of possibility.
