Nia Jax Tried To Make Vince McMahon Laugh With Notorious Raw Outburst

Nia Jax became an overnight meme when she uttered the immortal line “my hole!” after missing a leg drop on the apron of the ring and now the former WWE star says she did it purely to pop Vince McMahon and Triple H.

On the 8th of February 2021 edition of Monday Night Raw Nia Jax took on Lana in a Tables Match as part of their ongoing feud where Jax would frequently put Lana through tables at will. The “my hole!” line shouted by Jax during that match went viral overnight.

Speaking on a virtual signing with K & S WrestleFest, Nia Jax explained that she had no thoughts of going viral when she uttered the memorable line but was only trying to get a laugh out of Triple H and Vince McMahon who were watching in the back:

“So, it was during the COVID era, right? ‘My hole’ was during the COVID era… We have a lot more freedom during the COVID era and I had discussed it actually with Triple H before when we were rehearsing the match and I was like, ‘Oh my gosh, you want me to do a leg drop on the apron?’ And I was like, ‘My freaking butthole’s gonna…’

“So it was more of a joke to pop Hunter and Vince (McMahon) in Gorilla. It was literally more to make them laugh. So when I did it, that was the intention and then when I got backstage and saw that everybody was texting me about ‘my hole’ trending, that’s not what my intention was.”

Nia Jax also explained during the appearance that she’d be open to considering an approach from AEW if one was to be made.
