Newest WWE Signing’s Start Date Revealed

Triple H WWE bucket of cash

The situation around a new WWE signing is moving quickly.

On July 10th it was announced by CMLL that Stephanie Vaquer would be leaving the promotion, while also walking away from NJPW. This sent speculation around her future into overdrive. As a result, Vaquer was stripped of the CMLL Women’s World Title, and the Women’s Tag Team Titles she held with Zeuxis.

There was rumoured interest in the star from both AEW and WWE, but just hours after her departure from CMLL was confirmed Shawn Michaels announced Vaquer was now a WWE Superstar.

As a result of her abrupt exit from CMLL, the star will now miss several previously advertised appearances leaving the promotion scrambling. It’s been reported that the nature of Stephanie Vaquer’s move has upset several promotions who had booked her for matches in the coming weeks.

Stephanie Vaquer To Make WWE Debut Soon

Given Shawn Michaels was the person to welcome Vaquer to WWE, it seems increasingly likely her in-ring debut will come with NXT. However, she’s set to be introduced to fans very soon.

As reported by Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Vaquer will be introduced to fans at a live event in Mexico City on July 13th. The company will stay in Mexico for a second show in Monterrey 24 hours later.
