New WWE Tag Team Already Split
One tag team that competed on WWE Raw looks to have come crashing to an end already.
At WrestleMania 41, IYO SKY retained her Women’s World Title in a huge triple threat match against Rhea Ripley and Bianca Belair.
After the company’s biggest show of the year, change is often in the air, and that has seen Giulia and Roxanne Perez appear frequently on Raw despite still being billed as NXT stars. The pair have targeted SKY, who has had some help from the woman she defeated for the Women’s World Title, Rhea Ripley.
On the May 12 edition of Raw, IYO SKY and Rhea Ripley teamed up to face Giulia and Roxanne Perez. Ripley scored the pin for her team when she nailed Giulia with the Rip-Tide. And it looks like that will be the end in WWE for one of these teams.
Giulia Not Interested In WWE Tag Team Partner
WWE has posted a backstage segment between Giulia and Perez from after the show, where Perez was trying to get things back on track as she told her partner:
We came here to make a statement, we came here to make history, and that’s not what we did tonight. That’s not what we did. We need to refocus, we need to ask for a rematch, we need to talk to Adam Pearce, and then, we need to…
However, Giulia soon cut off Perez, telling her very simply before walking off:
There is no ‘we’.
