New Start Time Revealed For WWE Bad Blood PLE
There will be a unique start time for the WWE Bad Blood PLE from Atlanta.
When it comes to WWE Premium Live Events, the start times of events differ based on where the event takes place. The WWE SummerSlam PLE took place in Cleveland, so it had a 7 pm ET start time and had a runtime right around four hours.
The first-ever Bash In Berlin PLE started locally in Germany at 7 p.m., but that meant it was a 1 p.m. start time for the Eastern Time Zone in North America and a morning start at 10 a.m. for fans in the Pacific Time Zone.
Looking ahead on the WWE PLE calendar, the Bad Blood show name is back for the first time since 2004 when it takes place on Saturday, October 5th in Atlanta. The Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes announced the return of the event this past July since Cody is from the Atlanta area.
It has been reported by PWInsider’s Mike Johnson that WWE Bad Blood will have a unique start time of 6 p.m. ET on October 5th.
Why Is WWE Changing Bad Blood Start Time?
As WWE fans know, the company is owned by Endeavor, which then formed TKO Group to put WWE and UFC together. On October 5th, the UFC will be running UFC 307 from the Delta Center in Salt Lake City, Utah with that pay-per-view starting at 10 p.m. ET. The reason Bad Blood is starting at 6 p.m. ET is so it’s not on at the same time as the UFC PPV.
Most of the WWE PLEs that aren’t the major shows like WrestleMania, SummerSlam & Royal Rumble have a runtime of around three hours. However, sometimes they go over three hours like Bash In Berlin went 3:07 in length.
There are three more WWE Premium Live events for the main roster in 2024 with Bad Blood taking place on October 5th, Crown Jewel on November 2nd and Survivor Series will take place on November 30th from Vancouver.
