New Champions Crowned At WWE Crown Jewel

New champions have been crowned at WWE Crown Jewel after Nikki Cross shockingly interjected herself in one of the huge matches on the show.

Just days after winning the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship from Damage CTRL, Asuka and Alexa Bliss put their title on the line against Dakota Kai and IYO SKY at Crown Jewel in Saudi Arabia.

With Damage CTRL looking to gain dominance on Monday Night Raw, SKY and Kai were shockingly able to reclaim the championship but with more than a little help from Nikki Cross.

Cross pounced with Alexa Bliss – the woman she used to hold the WWE Women’s Tag Team Title with – was on the top rope looking to hit Twisted Bliss for a certain victory. Instead, the Scottish star dropped Bliss behind the referee’s back, allowing Dakota Kai to cover and pick up the win.

Damage CTRL will be hoping that the group’s leader Bayley can continue to use the momentum generated from this big title win in her Last Woman Standing match against Bianca Belair for the Raw Women’s Championship later in the show. With that match being no disqualification, it won’t be a huge surprise of SKY, Kai, or perhaps even Nikki Cross are seen again before the night is over.
