Nathan Frazer Earns Spot In Ladder Match At Halloween Havoc

Tuesday night on NXT, Nathan Frazer and Axiom would come into the third round tied at one win apiece in their best-of-three series to determine the final spot for the North American Championship Ladder Match at Halloween Havoc.

The first two matches were absolutely electrifying, with thrilling maneuvers and high-jumping acrobatics throughout, and the third contest between the two was no different. In the first bout, Axiom would grab the win, with Frazer getting the second to put us at 1-1 tie for the final match on Tuesday.

The match was without a doubt entertaining the whole way through, with an intense finish before Nathan Frazer ultimately got the win to punch his ticket at NXT Halloween Havoc.

At one point in the match, Frazer would attempt to land a backflip on Axiom, however, Axiom would launch a mesmerizing counter to put Frazer into an arm bar, which would nearly lead to the victory for Axiom. Later, Frazer would pull a powerful superplex on Axiom, and Axiom would once again counter the move with another submission.

It was an intense match between Nathan Frazer and Axiom, with both men battering each other the entire way through.

To close out the match, Frazer and Axiom each landed a superkick on each other, which led to a big knee from Axiom to knock out Frazer. However, Frazer wasn’t out for long, with Frazer again countering Axiom to lead into a power struggle, with the two spinning on the mat for the pin until Frazer finally locked Axiom in for the victory to send him to Halloween Havoc.

With Frazer getting the win, the entire field for the NXT North American Championship Ladder Match is now set, with the spots being filled by Carmelo Hayes, Oro Mensah, Wes Lee, Von Wagner and Nathan Frazer.

NXT Halloween Havoc is Saturday, October 22 at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida. WWE’s NXT Premium Live Event will begin at 8:00 PM ET and aired on Peacock.
