Natalya Makes Major Career Declaration Amid Absence From WWE In-Ring Action

It’s been nearly two months since Natalya last stepped into a WWE ring.

The veteran star, who’s been a fixture in WWE for over a decade, has quietly shifted gears while remaining active outside the company’s televised programming.

Though still signed with WWE, Natalya Neidhart was announced as part of the lineup for Josh Barnett’s Bloodsport XIII, held during WrestleMania weekend under Game Changer Wrestling (GCW). She was billed once again under her pre-WWE name, Nattie Neidhart.

Her inclusion in the shoot-style event marked a rare crossover for a WWE-contracted talent and hinted that Natalya was ready to explore new layers of her craft.

Natalya Sends a Passionate Message on Instagram

Natalya faced Promise Braxton at Reality of Wrestling’s Hart And Soul event, which took place at the Walker Texas Lawyer Arena in Texas City, Texas. She won the match and later followed it up with a passionate declaration on Instagram.

“I’m on the run of my life. Thank you for pushing me to my limits, @promise.braxton and reminding me that I’m more hungry now than I’ve ever been. That’s the best way to be in this game. I am women’s wrestling and so are you—”

The 43-year-old’s post makes it clear that while she may be off WWE television for now, she’s far from finished. Natalya has always been a cornerstone of the women’s division, training, mentoring, and delivering consistent in-ring performances.

Now, she’s seemingly embracing a fresh chapter, blending her mainstream experience with indie grit. Her last WWE match was on Main Event on May 26, 2025, in a singles bout against Roxanne Perez.

Before that, her final televised match was a Money in the Bank qualifying triple threat on Monday Night RAW, where she faced Perez and Becky Lynch, with Perez picking up the win.
