Natalya Announced For Another Non-WWE Match
Natalya is back on the road.
Throughout 2025, Natalya has reinvented herself as WWE’s travelling workhorse, taking on several up and stars outside of the company. This has included matches in Reality of Wrestling, the NWA, and Josh Barnett’s Bloodsport.
The veteran has also wrestled multiple matches on WWE’s developmental brand Evolve.
As that run continues, it’s been announced that the star will be making her next stop at AAA’s event at the Gimnasio Olímpico Juan de la Barrera in Mexico City. Although an opponent is yet to be named, the match will be her first for the promotion.
Interestingly, NXT star Lola Vice is set to team with an unnamed partner to face Lady Shani & Faby Apache and Dalys & Chik Tormenta. Meanwhile, El Grande Americano (Who definitely isn’t Ludwig Kaiser) will be taking on Octagon Jr.
It’s also been announced that Alberto El Patron will wrestle El Mesias, and if he loses, he must leave AAA.
The event is set to go head-to-head with CMLL’s show at Arena Mexico, headlined by Mistico vs. Hechicero.
Natalya Dismisses Retirement Talk
Back in May, Natalya distanced herself from any suggestions of retirement, while suggesting there’s a double standard when it comes to the longevity of female talent.
The former Women’s Champion said she’s got reason to even think about retirement when she still feels good and can perform at a high level. She quipped that she’ll walk away when Randy Orton and Rey Mysterio also decide to retire.
