Naomi Allegedly Facing WWE Fine After Jade Cargill Match Incident

WWE Evolution 2 featured a hard-hitting No Holds Barred match between Naomi and Jade Cargill, marking a brutal end to their months-long rivalry.

From the moment the bell rang, both women unleashed everything they had, battling with weapons, high-impact moves, and all the emotion built up over months.

However, amid the chaos of their match, The Glow may have unintentionally caused more damage than expected, and now, she could be facing consequences that extend far beyond the ring.

Naomi Broke WWE Equipment During Evolution Match

During a recent episode of The Coach & Bro Show, Jonathan Coachman claimed that Naomi’s aggressive in-ring style may have come with a price. Coachman specifically pointed out a sequence in the match where the 37-year-old star delivered a high-impact dropkick to Cargill’s head.

There was a spot in that match where she did like a drop-down double dropkick to the head of Jade, and she broke the TV that’s attached to the announce table,” Coachman explained. “It probably runs 700 to 800 bucks. Rest assured, they’re taking that out of her check.”

While Coachman didn’t confirm any official WWE statement regarding a fine, his comments have sparked speculation that Naomi could be held financially responsible for the damaged equipment.

In WWE, accidental damage during high-stakes matches isn’t unheard of, and there’s precedent for talent being fined for similar incidents, even if unintentional. With their match at Evolution now behind them, both Naomi and Jade Cargill appear to be moving in new directions.

Naomi shocked the WWE Universe later that night by cashing in her Money in the Bank briefcase to become Women’s World Champion. Meanwhile, Cargill has turned her sights toward new competition, Tiffany Stratton, heading into SummerSlam.
