Naomi Breaks Silence On Stephanie Vaquer’s WWE Title Win; Makes One Request

Naomi has commented on Stephanie Vaquer’s victory at WWE Wrestlepalooza amid her absence.

The Glow captured the Women’s World Championship at Evolution after cashing in her Money in the Bank contract during Rhea Ripley and IYO SKY’s title match.

While Naomi was scheduled to later defend her title against SKY on RAW, with the winner facing Stephanie Vaquer at Clash in Paris, these plans were scrapped after the 37-year-old announced her pregnancy.

After Naomi relinquished the Women’s World Title, RAW General Manager Adam Pearce informed Vaquer that her title match at Clash in Paris was postponed, before announcing that she would face SKY for the vacant championship at Wrestlepalooza.

Last night, La Primera successfully defeated The Genius of the Sky in a hard-fought battle to become the new Women’s World Champion. The title is her first on the main roster and her third since joining WWE.

After Stephanie Vaquer was crowned the new Women’s World Champion, Naomi took to X to send her a message. The former champion congratulated La Primera on her victory.

Meanwhile, The Glow demanded that Vaquer mail her her side plates, which were still on the title belt when the Chilean superstar won it.

WWE Chief Content Officer Triple H has also addressed Stephanie Vaquer’s title win. He praised her performance at Wrestlepalooza, pointing out that the championship was just the beginning for her.
