Myles Borne Gains Significant Advantage On WWE NXT
Last week’s episode of WWE NXT was a huge one, as it concluded the two-week Gold Rush special and featured an important announcement from the 17-time WWE World Champion, John Cena.
Cena announced all the members of the Men’s Iron Survivor Challenge, just as he did for the Women’s match. He chose Joe Hendry, Je’Von Evans, Leon Slater, and Dion Lennox for the match.
He added that the final member of the match would be the winner of last week’s main event between Trick Williams and Myles Borne. In a huge upset, Myles won the match and joined the others in this highly coveted match.
Keeping the Iron Survivor’s Challenge in mind, NXT General Manage, Ava, announced an interesting match between all the competitors of the match. Dion Lennox and his DarkState members will face the rest of the Iron Survivor Challenge competitors in a 4v4 tag team match.
Myles Borne to choose his spot in the Iron Survivor Challenge at NXT Deadline
She added an interesting stipulation to the match, which said that whoever got the pinfall against DarkState would choose their spot in their match this weekend. However, if DarkState emerged victorious, Dion Lennox would get to make the same decision.
DarkState dominated much of the match and isolated the other competitors in their corner to retain control in the match. Lennox hit a cheap shot on Hendry, and all eight men began to brawl with each other, but DarkState came out on top of the brawl as well.

It seemed like Lennox and his crew would emerge victorious from the match, Slater evaded the NXT Tag Team Champions and tagged in Je’Von Evans, which gave the momentum to his side.
Slater was all set to get the pin for his side but Myles Borne tagged himself in just moments before Slater hit the 450 splash. He then hit Osiris with a Borne Again and picked up the win for his team, and the advantage for himself.
