More WWE Live Event Only Moments Being Considered Following Jamie Noble’s Last Match
A new report has claimed that WWE are going to be trying to create more unique moments on live events like Jamie Noble had this weekend.
This past Sunday 11th December, Jamie Noble donned his ring gear one more time for a retirement match during a WWE live event in his hometown of Charleston, West Virginia. With his family in attendance, Noble teamed with Braun Strowman and the Brawling Brutes combination of Ridge Holland and Butch in a victory over The Bloodline, with the retiring superstar getting the decisive victory over Sami Zayn.
In a new report from Fightful Select, it would seem that whilst this was designed as a nice moment for Noble to officially step away from the squared circle, WWE are not done with having special appearances like this as part of their live events schedule.
We were told that more things like Jamie Noble wrestling at a WWE live event — that we wouldn’t normally see on WWE TV — are ‘on the table’ for the current WWE regime.
During his in-ring career, Jamie Noble held the Ring Of Honor World Championship as well as being a WWE Cruiserweight Champion. He has worked as a producer for WWE since 2012 and made sporadic appearances on television during that time either in full on-screen roles or acting as additional security.

This new remit would seem to allow additional one-off appearances, whilst also helping to make the product you see in the arena a “one-off” rather than the same as what you can see every week on television.
