Montez Ford Provides Injury Update
The Street Profits’ Montez Ford hasn’t been in the squared circle since September, however, the former WWE Raw Tag Team Champions recently stated that he should be making his return soon.
For the last few weeks now, Montez Ford has been out of action. Back in October during his latest appearance on WWE TV, Ford was wearing a walking boot, and speculation swirled about the possibility of Ford dealing with an injury.
Making an appearance on “Today” for an interview, it was mentioned that Montez Ford just recently recovered after suffering a calf injury, and he was asked about how everything was going.
“100% now. Should be back pretty soon. Just picking spots and making sure when I arrive, the mission is still at hand, which is with my right-hand man, Angelo Dawkins. That’s winning the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championship.”
Ford’s last in-ring action was back on September 24, 2022 during a WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event house show. On television, his last match was on the September 19, 2022 edition of WWE Monday Night Raw, where he and Dawkins as The Street Profits would take a defeat to the Brawling Brutes (Butch and Ridge Holland). With the news, fans are now speculating about The Profits’ return to the tag team landscape.
