MJF Says “There’s A Shadow Being Cast Over AEW”

MJF

MJF has claimed a “there’s a shadow being cast over AEW” as he alludes to recent issues in the company and says the company needs “leadership.”

The issues following All Out are well known given the alleged backstage fight that took place involving former AEW World Champion CM Punk and three of the company’s Executive Vice Presidents, The Young Bucks and Kenny Omega.

Now The Elite are on the cusp of making their comeback to the company with a match involving those three men confirmed following their suspension. The future of CM Punk looks less certain with an injury suffered in the All Out main event ruling him out of action for several months regardless of his suspension status.

MJF is on the cusp of something himself as he gets ready to battle Jon Moxley in the main event of Full Gear for the AEW World Championship.

Taking to social media, MJF alluded to the problems in AEW, calling it “a bunch of f*cking bullsh*t”:

“There’s been a shadow casted over AEW by a bunch of f*cking bullsh*t. We are closer then ever to stepping out of the darkness and into the light. We have the roster. We have the platform. Now all we need is stability, change, and leadership. We need the Devil. I’m ready.”

MJF also had a lot to say following Dynamite in Bridgeport, CT. where he defended AEW CEO Tony Khan and says without Khan, the wrestling business would be a monopoly.
