MJF “In Awe” Of Where He Is At In Life
The AEW World Champion MJF is reflecting on where he’s at in his life as the man who’s about to headline AEW All In London.
Today’s the biggest day in the wrestling career, and perhaps the life, of AEW World Champion Maxwell Jacob Friedman (MJF). In the main event of AEW All In London, MJF will defend the coveted AEW World Championship against his “best friend” Adam Cole.
That MJF-Adam Cole story has dominated AEW television for the last three months. They started off as rivals with Max surviving a 30-minute non-title match against Cole on AEW Dynamite to prevent Friedman from defending the title against Cole.
From there, the Blind Eliminator Tag Team Tournament started and MJF-Cole ended up bonding as teammates that would win that tournament. While Max & Cole failed to beat FTR for the AEW Tag Team Titles, they are getting another Tag Team Title match at AEW All London.
On the AEW All In London “Zero Hour” pre-show, MJF & Cole will team up one more time to challenge the Aussie Open for the ROH Tag Team Titles.
MJF Admits He Can’t Sleep Ahead of AEW All In London
In a post that MJF did on Twitter/X at 4:32 AM locally in London, England, the AEW World Champion admitted that he can’t sleep while being in awe of where he is at in his life right now. In addition to that, MJF was in a thankful mood.
I can’t sleep.
I walked around the empty stadium last night just in awe of where I am in life.
Not just physically but emotionally.
You and Adam have all changed me for the better. Old me would have said “of course I’m in the main event in front of a record breaking crowd, I’m MJF”
…and while that is true 😉
Transparently I would also like to say thank you to everyone that got me here. That trusted me with your hard earned money and time.
Let’s become legendary, together.
Let’s go ALL IN.
I can’t sleep.
