Missing WWE Star Teases Return After Nearly 2 Years

Alexa Bliss has hinted at her WWE return after almost two years out of action.

Bliss has been absent from TV since January 2023, and gave birth to her first child that November. In recent months, speculation has begun to increase that the five-time Women’s Champion is getting ready to make her comeback.

Back in September, Alexa Bliss’ doll, Lily, appeared in the background on Raw, prompting fans to think she would be back in WWE imminently. However, that idea was soon debunked, with PWInsider reporting that Bliss wouldn’t return in 2024.

Now, with the year coming to an end, Bliss has once again hinted at her plans. Responding to a poll on social media about who would win a promo battle in WWE’s women’s division, a fan suggested nobody would beat the 2017 version of Bliss. The star unexpectedly answered the post, saying “just you wait” and adding a microphone emoji.

Alexa Bliss Confirms WWE Return Plans

After many fans asking her the question, Alexa Bliss recently confirmed that she will be returning to WWE. The straightforward response was in contrast to the star’s more cryptic teases over the last few months, but it is still unclear just when we will see Bliss back in the ring.

During her absence, Bliss revealed that she recently worked on the new Netflix pro-wrestling series “The Queen of Villains.” The five-part drama premiered on September 19th and takes a look at the career of Japanese wrestling legend Dump Matsumoto.
