Missing WWE Star Finally Returns To TV

One star who has been missing from WWE NXT TV for over nine months is now back and faces a tough test as they get back in the ring.

Back in January 2023, Nikkita Lyons suffered a serious knee injury that would keep her out of action for much of the year. The star had been finding some momentum on WWE’s third brand and was regularly featured on the show.

After a gruelling rehabilitation program, Lyons returned to television that November, before getting back in the ring the following months. However, Lyons was quickly back on the injured list leading to another long layoff in the infancy of her wrestling career.

Now, however, there is good news as Nikkita Lyons returned to the ring for the first time since losing to Blair Davenport on the 9th of January 2024 at an NXT live event in Davenport, Florida on September 27th. Lyons teamed with Dante Chen to win a mixed tag team match.

And now the young star is back on TV.

Nikkita Lyons Faces Tough Test In WWE Ring

On the 8th of October edition of NXT on the CW Network, Nikkita Lyons appeared in a backstage segment with the brand’s General Manager Ava and Lola Vice. That led to a match being made official later in the night that will see Lyons take on Vice on the 15th of October edition of the show.

The show also saw a new North American Champion crowned as one long-running streak on the brand came crashing to a halt.
