Missing AEW Star Spotted With Cody Rhodes During Dynamite

Cody Rhodes posted a photograph with several AEW stars during Dynamite.

Despite being one of the founders of the promotion, Cody Rhodes left AEW for WWE back in 2022. Since then, he has gone on to be arguably the top star in the promotion having been the man to defeat Roman Reigns for the Undisputed WWE Championship, a title he still holds today.

Although he is no longer All Elite, Rhodes still has plenty of friends in his old promotion, including Ricky Starks. Starks has been seen with Rhodes several times, most notably accompanying The American Nightmare to the 2023 Royal Rumble.

Starks hasn’t been seen on AEW TV since teaming with Big Bill in a losing effort against Top FLight on the March 30th edition of Collision. While there have been rumours of the star suffering an injury, he has denied that’s the case, and there has been increasing speculation that he could be WWE-bound once his contract expires.

Now, Starks has resurfaced, being one of several AEW stars featured in a picture on Rhodes’ Instagram story. The pair were also joined by Cody’s wife, Brandi Rhodes, Aaron Solo, and Preston Vance. Interestingly, the photo was posted as Dynamite aired live from Norfolk, Virginia.

Will Ricky Starks Join Cody Rhodes In WWE?

According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, there are many in the wrestling industry expecting Ricky Starks to sign with WWE once his current contract is up. Dave Meltzer noted that he hasn’t signed a new deal, and even turned down an angle that would have seen Big Bill turn on him.
