Mickie James Makes Honest Admission About WWE Hall Of Fame Induction
Mickie James was recently inducted into the TNA Wrestling Hall of Fame.
The TNA Hall of Fame ceremony took place on Sunday, October 12, 2025, during the Bound For Glory event held at the Tsongas Center in Lowell, Massachusetts. The induction honored her as one of the most accomplished and decorated female wrestlers of all time, with an 11-time women’s world championship record between WWE and TNA Wrestling.
Mickie James was celebrated not only for her in-ring achievements, including high-profile matches and championship reigns, but also for her role in elevating women’s wrestling in TNA, evidenced by memorable matches like her 2021 Bound For Glory bout against Deonna Purrazzo, which was voted Knockouts Match of the Year. James was incredibly happy when she got the news and even shared some of her excitement with her fans on social media.
She tweeted, “I don’t even know what to say today. Thank you @ThisIsTNA and my whole TNA Family for always believing in me and letting me shine so bright. I’m incredibly honored. I love you. See you at #BFG ♥️ #HOFCountry”
Mickie James Doesn’t Need WWE Hall of Fame Induction To Feel “Fulfilled” With Her Wrestling Career.
Like TNA, Mickie James also has a very successful career in WWE, but she’s yet to be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame. During a recent interview on Busted Open Radio, she was asked about getting inducted into WWE’s prestigious list someday down the line. She responded, stating that she’d love to be inducted in the future, but she doesn’t need it as she’s already satisfied with her career.
“Of course it’s nice. Of course, it’s nice. I think we all like that appreciation back from the company, to say, ‘Hey, what you did mattered, and we value you.’ And it is like that tip of the hat, like, ‘We know that you put in your licks. We know you took some s**, and we know this, that, and the third, but we actually appreciate you and respect you.’ But I’m still fulfilled.”
