Mercedes Mone Gives Update On WWE Star After 2-Year Absence
AEW’s Mercedes Mone has given the latest update on a WWE star who has not been seen in the company for two years.
The last time WWE fans saw Tamina was all the way back in March 2023 when she lost to Michin on an episode of Main Event.
Tamina is no longer listed on internal WWE rosters, but Jimmy Uso recently indicated that she is still part of the company in some fashion.
Tamina used to be part of Team BAD in the company alongside Naomi and Sasha Banks. Banks is now best known as AEW’s Mercedes Mone, and now Mone has given the closest thing to an update on Tamina.
During an #AskTheCEO session on social media, Mone was asked about Tamina, to which she simply replied:

Mercedes Mone Clashes With Former Champion At All Out
While Tamina is someone from Mone’s past, her future will see her clash with the inaugural AEW Women’s Champion Riho at All Out. Riho recently returned to AEW after her own absence to challenge Mone for her TBS Championship on September 20th.
On the September To Remember edition of Dynamite, Riho picked up a win over Robyn Renegade but fell foul of Mone after the match.
