Mercedes Mone Makes Surprise ROH Announcement

TBS Champion Mercedes Mone has made a surprise announcement involving Ring of Honor before her Final Battle title match.

Mercedes Mone has spent 2025 stacking championships upon championships. After breezing past the previous record held by Ultimo Dragon, Mone is now the proud holder of a staggering 14 belts, but the one she really wants, she just can’t have.

At All In Texas, “Timeless” Toni Storm beat Mone to hand The CEO her first singles defeat since becoming All Elite and retain the AEW Women’s World Title. Since then, Mone has continued to pick up wins and worked her way back into title contention. All of that set up a match with current World Champion Kris Statlander at Full Gear. However, once again, Mone came up second best after Statlander drilled her with Saturday Night Fever.

Mercedes Mone vented her anger after that loss, but now she’s focused on getting back to winning ways at Ring of Honor Final Battle.

Mercedes Mone Makes Unexpected ROH Debut

At Final Battle, Mone will defend her ROH Women’s Television Title against Red Velvet. On the December 3rd edition of Dynamite, Mercedes Mone announced that she’d be in action on the December 4th edition of ROH TV on HonorClub, marking her official debut for Tony Khan’s other promotion. Mone’s match, which will be shown on HonorClub, was filmed before Dynamite began.
