Mercedes Mone Vents Frustration After AEW Full Gear Defeat

Mercedes Mone covered in cake

Mercedes Mone is struggling to come to terms with another high-profile loss.

Mercedes Mone has spent 2025 stacking championships upon championships. After breezing past the previous record held by Ultimo Dragon, Mone is now the proud holder of a staggering 14 belts, but the one she really wants, she just can’t have.

At All In Texas, “Timeless” Toni Storm beat Mone to hand The CEO her first singles defeat since becoming All Elite and retain the Women’s World Title. Since then, Mone has continued to pick up wins and worked her way back into title contention.

This set up a match with current World Champion Kris Statlander at Full Gear.

However, once again, Mone came up second best after Statlander drilled her with Saturday Night Fever.

Mercedes Mone Isn’t Happy

Unsurprisingly, Mone was left distraught by the loss and wasted little time in letting the world know on social media. She kicked off with a two-word salute.

FUCK YOU! 😡

She then vowed not to be disrespected and posted an angry emoji in response to a post from AEW.

NO MORE DISRESPECT

In the Full Gear main event, Samoa Joe beat “Hangman” Adam Page to win the AEW World Championship for a second time.
