Mandy Rose Disappointed By WWE Snub

Mandy Rose

Mandy Rose was left shaking her head by a recent WWE decision.

Despite not wrestling since December 2022, Many Rose remains the third-longest reigning NXT Women’s Champion in history.

The star’s WWE run came to an abrupt end just 24 hours after losing the championship to Roxanne Perez. It was later revealed that WWE felt they had no choice but to release Rose after becoming increasingly nervous about the content the star was posting on her exclusive subscription website.

On the April 16th, 2024 episode of NXT, a promo video aired featuring Tatum Paxley breaking down her obsession with winning the NXT Women’s Title. In the clip, Paxley referenced former champions Becky Lynch, Tiffany Stratton, Asuka, and more, but notably not Mandy Rose.

Posting on social media, Rose said she was disappointed but not surprised to be overlooked.

Mandy Rose Says Wrestling Career Isn’t Over

Speaking at a Monopoly Events Q&A, Mandy Rose said she doesn’t consider herself retired, and admitted there have been moments where she feels she would “love” to come back. However, she added that she’s enjoying her time away from the ring.

“I always tell people, I haven’t hung up the boots. There are times when I really think about it, and I’m like, ‘I would love to come back,’ if it was the right time, right place.

I wouldn’t say no, but right now, I am enjoying my time and my freedom. It just has to be the right time, but I don’t think I’m done wrestling.”

Speaking recently on her Power Alphas podcast, Mandy Rose revealed that one fan spent over $50,000 on her exclusive content site.
