Major WWE title defended on Monday Night RAW
Maxinne Dupri shocked the WWE Universe last month as she defeated Becky Lynch to win the Women’s Intercontinental Championship, her first-ever singles championship in the promotion.
However, many wrestlers doubted Maxxine and her run as champion, and she was challenged to a match by her former friend Ivy Nile. Maxxine decided to work on herself for weeks before having a match with Nile tonight.
She had been training under Natalya for the last few weeks in preparation for her match and showcased the skills she learned while under Natalya’s watch tonight.

Her training under Natalya paid off well as she managed to successfully defend her title for the first time. She defeated Nile after making her submit to the ankle lock, a move used by Nile’s mentor, Chad Gable.
