Major WWE Tag Team Reunites On Raw
A major WWE tag team has finally reunited in the ring as they eye up championship gold at an upcoming major show.
Liv Morgan recently suffered a serious shoulder injury, which forced WWE to change plans for Evolution on July 13th. Roxanne Perez has been named as Morgan’s replacement as one-half of the WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions, but part of the deal to make her a champion also meant that Perez and Raquel Rodriguez will put their gold on the line at Evolution against three other teams.
SmackDown will be represented in the match by Alexa Bliss and Charlotte Flair, who are forming an unlikely pairing. At the same time, NXT’s Sol Ruca and Zaria will also challenge for the gold.
Kabuki Warriors Back Together In WWE
On the July 7th edition of Raw, the red brand’s pairing for that match was confirmed after Kairi Sane defeated Roxanne Perez in a singles match. After the bout, a brawl broke out with Asuka coming to the rescue of her Kabuki Warriors partner.
Raw General Manager Adam Pearce then confirmed that Asuka and Kairi Sane would be part of the fatal four-way match at Evolution for the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship.
The last time the Kabuki Warriors teamed up in WWE was at Backlash Frace in 2024, where they lost the WWE Women’s Tag Team Title to Jade Cargill and Bianca Belair.
