Major WWE Star Set To Return After Finishing Outside Project

A top WWE star is set for a return to the company after their time on another project has come to an end.

Liv Morgan recently missed time from WWE as she filmed a role in an upcoming movie. Morgan will now miss even longer from the ring after suffering a serious shoulder injury that required surgery. Roxanne Perez has been named as her replacement WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion alongside Raquel Rodriguez, something that is sure to only heighten the tension in The Judgment Day when Morgan returns.

However, another WWE star has been missing as they take part in a project outside of the company, but it seems their return is imminent.

The Miz On His Way Back To WWE

The Wrestling Observer’s Bryan Alvarez has reported that The Miz’s time filming an upcoming season of American Gladiators for Amazon Prime is now over, clearing the way for his return to WWE. The Miz will host the series that features several wrestling stars as the gladiators, including AEW’s Wardlow and Kamille.

The last time WWE fans saw The Miz in the ring was back on the May 2nd edition of SmackDown when he lost to Aleister Black. That continued The Miz’s losing record in TV singles matches that stretches back to February 2024.
